New Head of Capital Markets

Real estate advisors Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko (C&W/S&R) are pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Cashel as Head of our Capital Markets Department.

Prior to joining C&W/S&R Tom was with Midland Development International in Moscow. Before this Tom held senior investment banking and capital markets roles at the following firms:

America’s Growth Capital, Boston;
Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Moscow&London;
ING Barings, London;
Chase Manhattan and its predecessors, Warsaw, London and New York.

Tom’s involvement with the Russian capital market began with the advent of inter-bank trading in Russian sovereign debt and evolved into investment banking work in Debt and Equity Capital Markets, including private placements.
