C&W/S&R’s new Head of Capital Markets

Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko (C&W/S&R), the Russian office of global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield, has appointed Tom Cashel as Head of its Capital Markets Department.

Prior to joining C&W/S&R, Tom was with Midland Development International in Moscow. Before this, he held senior investment banking and capital markets roles at the following firms:

- America’s Growth Capital, Boston;
- Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Moscow&London;
- ING Barings, London;
- Chase Manhattan and its predecessors, Warsaw, London and New York.

Tom’s involvement with the Russian capital markets began with the advent of inter-bank trading in Russian sovereign debt and evolved into investment banking work in debt and equity capital markets, including private placements.
