Sloan Capital has shelled out $275 million to acquire Two Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills,
California. The 12,000 m² retail property is considered the place for luxury shopping and
dining. The European style property was originally built in 1990 and includes such high-profile
tenants as Tiffany & Co., Versace, Jimmy Choo, Rene Caovilla, Damiani, Cole Haan, Jose Eber
as well as several other exclusive boutiques and restaurants.
Sloan Capital was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Southern California and
London-based Capital Markets Group in the acquisition. The vendor was represented by Strategic
Real Estate Advisors and Falcon Real Estate.
