Craig Laferty, Jr. Joins C&W’s Baltimore Office

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) is pleased to announce that Craig W. Laferty Jr. has joined its Baltimore office as director.

Mr. Laferty will develop and maintain Life Science client relationships for Cushman & Wakefield.

This appointment is in line with C&W’s continued aggressive recruitment of highly regarded, veteran commercial real estate professionals in the Baltimore market.

His depth of experience includes nearly ten years in the pharmaceutical and Biotech industries specializing in sales of medical oncology therapeutics.

Mr. Laferty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences from the University of Maryland.
