C&W Brings Iconic Tower’s Occupancy To 95%
Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. is pleased to announce that Womble Carlyle Sandridge &
Rice, PLLC (Womble Carlyle) has signed a lease for 17,737 square feet at 250 W. Pratt Street, a
premier office building in Baltimore. This transaction brings the downtown tower to 95 percent
occupancy. The building has seen a 17 percent increase in occupancy since 2005, when the tower
was 78 percent leased.
Womble Carlyle is a full-service business law firm with 550 lawyers in 11 offices and
clients in such areas as health care, life sciences, transportation, manufacturing and
government. The Maryland office, with the recent addition of former Maryland Governor Robert
Ehrlich, Jr., will move from its current location at 1302 Concourse Drive in Linthicum to the
13th floor of 250 W. Pratt Street, due to space expansion needs.

Womble Carlyle.
Behringer Harvard Funds, an Addison Texas REIT is currently planning a lobby renovation in
the building to include new lighting and wall finishes. Behringer bought the 368,194 square
foot building in December 2004 for approximately $52 million.
The premier 24-story Class A office tower has incredible views of Camden Yards and the Inner
Harbor, and is convenient to Interstate 95, Interstate 83 and the MTA Metro.
