Cushman & Wakefield represented The Realty Associates Fund in leasing 44,800 square feet at 10701 Parkridge Boulevard in Reston, Virginia.
The space is located in one of six structures comprising the campus-like Parkridge Center Office Park in the Dulles Corridor. Parkridge Center offers fully completed infrastructure, sufficient expansion room, and congestion-free access. It is the first commercial development west of Tysons Corner, located in the heart of the Dulles Corridor, the metropolitan area’s fastest-growing employment district.
The tenant, Comprehensive Health Services, Inc. (CHS), signed a 10-year lease and will occupy forty percent of the 107,000 square foot property. Relocating from Tysons Corner, CHS is a medical company specializing in workforce health management.Founded in 1975, CHS prides itself as a leader in the design, implementation, and management of occupational health services.
