C&W Expands Retail, Project Management and Apartment Teams in Orlando

Cushman & Wakefield, which specializes in providing global real estate solutions and services, recently appointed 11 professionals, expanding the Orlando office of C&W.

Larry Richey, Senior Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield said that the expansion includes a new Retail investment team, Pocklington, Pocklington & Forster. Since their establishment in mid-2003, Pocklington, Pocklington & Forster has closed more than a million square feet in 38 transactions valued at $131.5 million, for an average price of $3.46 million.

The Pocklington, Pocklington & Forster Retail Investment Group members include Jeff Pocklington, Director, Mike Pocklington, Director, Martin Forster CCIM, Director, Beau Wilberding, Associate, and Jennifer Hallenbeck, Client Coordinator.

Mindy Boehm, specializing in retail leasing, also joined the C&W Retail team. Boehm has 12 years of commercial real estate experience. Mindy Boehm is well rounded, with extensive experience in leasing retail, industrial and office properties, as well as in facilities management, Richey said.

C&W is highly focused on the growth of their project management capabilities, naming Tracy Thom-Palumbo, project manager for Central Florida. Richey said Thom-Palumbo has more than 12 years of experience including a Florida State Interior Design License. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tracy was the founder and principle of Interactive Interior Environments, Inc.

This development also includes four new professionals that will be joining C&W’s Apartment Services Group. Enon Sterling Winkler, Ken Delvillar, Kelly Winkler and Lindsey Patrick will be focusing exclusively on apartment transactions.
