Cushman &
Wakefield has won a large number of awards at 2007’s Liquid Real Estate Awards for
Excellence. For Russia, the firm won the award for Corporate Real Estate and jointly
won the award for Valuation and Agency/Letting. It was also a top three firm in three
other categories. The awards are organised by global financial magazine Euromoney
and published this month in its Liquid Real Estate supplement.
In total Cushman & Wakefield won 66 awards voted for by the subscribers and readers of
Euromoney and professionals within the real estate and financial sectors. These awards
included being named the best overall real estate advisor in six countries including Brazil,
China, Hungary, Korea, Portugal and the United Kingdom. The firm was also ranked within
the top three overall real estate advisors Globally and in Western Europe, Emerging Europe,
Asia and Latin America.
Cushman & Wakefield also received 46 awards as the best provider of a number of service
lines within 20 countries from Argentina through to the United States and from Agency/Letting
through to Valuation.

This is the third year of the magazine’s Real Estate Awards for Excellence. They
follow the same format as its long established excellence awards across banking and financial
services. These have long been regarded as some of the most prestigious awards within
their respective sectors.
