C&W Excels at 2007 Liquid Real Estate Awards For Excellence

Cushman & Wakefield has won a large number of awards at 2007's Liquid Real Estate Awards
for Excellence. For Korea, the firm won the awards for 7 categories; advisory and Consultancy,
valuaton, agency/ letting, transaction execution, corporate real estate services and research
and jointly won the award for Property management. The awards are organised by global financial
magazine Euromoney and published this month in its Liquid Real Estate supplement.
In total Cushman & Wakefield won 66 awards voted for by the subscribers and readers of Euromoney and professionals within the real estate and financial sectors. These awards included being named the best overall real estate advisor in six countries including Brazil, China, Hungary, Korea, Portugal and the United Kingdom. The firm was also ranked within the top three overall real estate advisors Globally and in Western Europe, Emerging Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Cushman & Wakefield also received 46 awards as the best provider of a number of service lines within 20 countries from Argentina through to the United States and from Agency/Letting through to Valuation.
