Coppertree Business Park Completes Final Sale

On behalf of The Brookhollow Group and Ameritas Life Insurance Corporation, Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of 47 office and flex PUD* buildings, totaling 245,000 square feet, at the Coppertree Business Park in Costa Mesa, California. The combined value of these transactions is $66 million. Jeff Chiate and Rick Ellison from Cushman & Wakefield represented The Brookhollow Group in the unit sale program at Coppertree Business Park’s 16 acre parcel.

“The entire project sold out in an unprecedented 13 months,” says Chiate, an executive director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Orange County office.

Located at 151 Kalmus Drive in Costa Mesa at the intersection of the 55 and 73 freeways, Coppertree is set on 15 lushly landscaped acres minutes away from John Wayne Airport. The business park features distinctive low-rise office buildings with flexible floor plans in a park-like atmosphere. It is located in the heart of Orange County’s Airport Market, one of the most desirable and accessible business districts in the area. The buildings range from 2,800 to more than 5,400 square feet.
