
Cushman & Wakefield today announced that May Institute has signed a lease for 48,112 square
feet of office space at 14 Pacella Park Drive in Randolph with Equity Industrial.

Since its founding more than 50 years ago, May Institute has evolved into an award-winning
national network that provides behavioral healthcare services to individuals with autism and
other developmental disabilities, brain injury, mental illness, and other behavioral healthcare
needs. The Institute serves over 25,000 individuals and their families annually at more than
200 services locations across the country.
14 Pacella Park Drive is a mature two-story brick building on 5.5 acres of land. Previously,
it was Dunkin' Donuts world headquarters. May Institute holds an option to purchase the
facility that is minutes from Route 93's Milton and Randolph exits at Route 28.
