Dallas Brokerage Professional Awarded Top Honor

Stemmons Service Award Presented to 30-year Veteran
Bill McClung, a 30-year veteran of Dallas commercial real estate with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc., has been awarded the 2007 Stemmons Service Award. The award, named after the legendary Dallas real estate family, is considered the most coveted honor among commercial real estate professionals in North Texas. The honor was bestowed upon Mr. McClung by the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals (NTCAR) during a gala event held at the Dallas Museum of Art.
The Stemmons Service Award is presented annually to honor a member of NTCAR who best exemplifies the highest standards of a commercial real estate brokerage professional. Specific considerations for the award are the nominee?s tenure in the commercial real estate industry, professional and civic involvement, active production level, professional standards and participation in local commercial real estate organizations.
Mr. McClung is an Executive Vice President within Cushman & Wakefield?s Transaction Services Group. He is annually among the top-producing brokerage professionals in the Dallas office and was honored as the Top Commercial Producer in 2004 and 2005. Mr. McClung has also ranked Top-100 among Cushman & Wakefield brokerage professionals worldwide on numerous occasions.
In addition to his success professionally, Mr. McClung has served in numerous other civic and philanthropic organizations, including the Salesmanship Club, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Young Life and YMCA. He is a graduate of the University of Texas.
