Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately held commercial real estate
services firm, today announced that Frank Frizalone, SIOR, joined the firm as executive
director, National Industrial Services Group. Mr. Frizalone will be based in the
firm’s Long Island office located in Melville, NY.
Mr. Frizalone previously served as a managing principal of Newmark Knight Frank’s Long
Island office. In 2004, he received Newmark’s industrial broker of the year
award.
Mr. Frizalone has more than 25 years experience representing companies in their industrial
leasing, sales and build-to-suit requirements, both regionally and nationally. He has
worked with a roster of local, national, and international clientele including Dana Commercial
Credit, Danaher Corporation, Watts Industries (Aerodyne Division), Omnicare, SYSCO Corporation,
United Capital Corp. and Parker Hannifin Corp.

Notable transactions completed by Mr. Frizalone have included the purchase of a
250,000-square-foot, build-to-suit facility on behalf of USAA; the representation of Atkins in
leasing a 36,000 square foot corporate headquarter lease in New York City; the sale of a
100,000-square-foot industrial property in Hauppauge to Forest Labs; the lease of 110,000
square feet for Danaher Corp. in Massachusetts; the representation of CPS in the lease of
200,000 square feet for a distribution facility in Chicago and the representation of
Parker-Hannifin Corp. in leasing 75,000 square feet of office space to Citibank; and the sale
of an 80,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Deer Park for Global Steel Products.

Mr. Frizalone is a past chairman of the Ethics Committee of the Commercial Industrial

In addition to his many professional affiliations, Mr. Frizalone is active in numerous
charitable organizations including Toys for Hope, the Make-A-Wish Foundation and The Nature
Conservancy.
Mr. Frizalone attended the New York University Real Estate Institute and completed the
education requirements of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers.
He resides in Massapequa, NY.
