Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality Appoints Akshay Kulkarni as Director – South Asia

Cushman & Wakefield, the leading global real estate consultants, in keeping with its commitment to establish a strong hospitality consulting and valuation group in India, announce the appointment of Akshay Kulkarni as Director, South Asia, Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality.
Askhay will be based in Mumbai and responsible for building their hospitality service capabilities across South Asia. He will focus on delivering Cushman & Wakefield’s fully integrated solutions to the hospitality sector, including market and strategic advisory services, valuation and transaction services, as well as financial structuring and capital solutions.

Askhay has more than 14 years of experience in the hospitality sector and was previously with Knight Frank India as National Director- Hospitality & leisure. Prior to this, Akshay had spent a number of years with various hospitality groups, including Accor, ITC Hotels, K Rajeja Group of Hotels etc.
