Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has appointed Tony Bones as a partner and
the new head of Central London asset management. Tony will also work with Simon
Elmer, Head of Asset Management UK to drive the overall Asset Management business forward.
Tony, who has over 20 years in the property sector, joins Cushman & Wakefield from Jones
Lang LaSalle (JLL) where he was head of Central London asset management. At JLL, Tony
principally worked in the City office latterly leading a team managing a portfolio of c: 70
buildings totalling some 7.5 million sq ft. He re-joined JLL in 1997 when it acquired
Richard Main & Co. He previously worked for Greycoat Estates and Jones Lang
Wootton.
