New UK regional office heads appointed at Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has appointed appointed Tony Bray and Scott Rutherford to lead its Manchester and Birmingham offices respectively.

Manchester - Tony Bray was appointed as a partner and head of office agency for the firm’s Manchester office in November 2005. Tony joined us from Dunlop Haywards where he was head of business space. Today Cushman & Wakefield employs 38 people in its Manchester office including ten partners.

Birmingham - Scott Rutherford joined us in May last year as a partner and head of office agency at our new Birmingham operation. Scott moved to Cushman & Wakefield from Colliers CRE where he was head of office agency and Development in Birmingham. During the past year the firm has recruited seven partners in Birmingham and today have a total of 16 staff.

Tony and Scott will be responsible for overseeing the running of their offices and will work together with the firm’s Scottish offices to ensure clients' needs are met in the regions. Cushman & Wakefield regional teams operate on a service line basis and report into UK divisional heads.
