Promotion in Cushman & Wakefield

Tomasz Olszewski has been promoted to Partner. Tomasz has been working for Cushman & Wakefield since 1999, being Head of Industrial Department. He manages a group of 12 people, whose services include: commercialization of warehouse facilities, searching and sales of investment sites designated for logistics parks and production facilities. Tomasz is responsible for representing strategic clients and advising to major developers on the Polish market. Tomasz has nearly 15 years of experience in the industrial real estate market. During his career he has finalized the leasing of approx. 600,000 sqm. and has been involved in approx. 140 ha of investment land. He represented clients such as Procter & Gamble, H&M, BMW, ABC Data, Coty, Colgate Palmolive, Ericsson, Wella, Daewoo Electronics, Ford, VF. Regularly he cooperates with major developers as Panattoni, ProLogis, Segro, Menard Doswell, IIG, Bel Properties.
Tomasz graduated from the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law. His language skills include English (fluent) and German (intermediate).
