Cushman & Wakefield Appointed by FedEx as Preferred Real Estate Advisor EMEA

The FedEx EMEA Headquarters in Brussels have signed a preferred partnership agreement with C&W regarding the advise and transaction management of all FedEx’ real estate projects throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Based on the excellent experience FedEx has with the real estate advisor in the US, and considering the company is already working very closely together wit Peter Demuynck in Europe (f.i. HQ campus in Brussels and various warehouse projects in Lille, Eindhoven, Antwerp, etc…), this contract is a formalization of the long term relationship between both parties.

Continuous business growth and consequently a crucial need to further optimize real estate strategies are more and more a driving factor for international companies to rely on the network, expertise and knowledge of C&W.

A dedicated team has been put in place in order to provide an optimal service to this important account.
