Edward P. (Ned) Brady, and Timothy J. Cahill as Senior Directors in the firm’s Baltimore
Maryland brokerage services practice group.
Highly respected veteran brokers and team leaders, Messrs. Laraway, Brady and Cahill have
consistently been top producers in the leasing and sale of industrial properties throughout the
Baltimore-Washington corridor. The three brokers collectively have over 50 years’
experience and success representing some of the region’s most active tenants and
landlords.

Mr. Laraway has extensive experience representing corporations, landlords, real estate
investment firms, and manufacturing clients. Prior to his most recent position at CBRE,
Mr. Laraway worked with GFI Partners, where he oversaw leasing and dispositions with a total
value of approximately $140 million. During his tenure at CBRE, he was a senior member of the
Industrial team, providing institutional agency leasing and regional and national tenant
advisory services. Mr. Laraway is a graduate of Northeastern University.

During his 20-year career, Mr. Brady has specialized in the re-development and construction
of industrial properties as well as the management, leasing and sale of assets for companies
such as CALPERS, GE Capital, Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) and Cabot
Properties. Mr. Brady also served as the Director of Technical Services and the Director
of Asset Services for the Baltimore/Washington region while at CBRE. In the last two
years, Mr. Brady has used his background in construction and engineering to complete over two
million square feet of turn key tenant improvements/re-development at a gross cost of $60
million, and is currently engaged in development projects totaling over 600,000 square
feet. Mr. Brady is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office
Properties (NAIOP).
Timothy Cahill’s 20-year career in commercial real estate has included roles as CBREs
senior managing director for the Baltimore office where he supervised the brokerage and asset
management efforts of over 300 employees as well as industrial brokerage tenure with Casey
& Associates. Mr. Cahill’s significant business development, management, acquisition
and brokerage background will enable him to offer a broad range of industrial consultancy
services to his clients. He has represented numerous national and local companies
including NPV Direct Invest, BGK Integrated Group, and ProLogis. Mr. Cahill has degrees
from Mount St. Mary’s College and Johns Hopkins University. He is involved with
several civic organizations including the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, Johns Hopkins
Real Estate Roundtable and the NAIOP Board of Directors, Maryland.
