Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. has been selected as exclusive leasing agent for
Alameda Business Park, an industrial complex being built at 19th Avenue and Alameda
Road in the Deer Valley area.
The Alameda Business Park is designed to contain 14 industrial buildings offering a total of
247,900 square feet of space. The park is owned by Panattoni and ING.
Currently, the park offers 69,224 freestanding buildings with yards for sale or
lease. The buildings range in size from 11,782 to 32,008 square feet. Phase II of the
complex is scheduled to be under construction in March 2008. The second phase will contain
10 buildings totaling 178,676 square feet.
