Cushman & Wakefield strenghten their CEE Hospitality team

Carole Spiller (29) joins Cushman & Wakefield’s hospitality team in Prague as Hotel Analyst on 14^th April. The CEE C&W Hospitality team lead by Stewart Coggans was established in March 2007 and with Carole Spiller the team has 8 full time professionals.

Carole joins C&W with a background in a management consulting, focused on hotel development and investment. The last three years she developed her own consultancy business Lissi & Partners in Switzerland, which successfully supported business development particularly for entrepreneurs in the hotel industry.Before that she spent some time in Mexico within a voluntary organisation. She started her career in Obermatt Partners, AG in Zürich where she had worked as Financial Analyst.

Carole brings with her significant hotel investment and development experience from a service driven industry and will be a great addition to our regional team ”says Stewart Coggans, Director of the C&W Hospitality team in the Central and Eastern Europe.

Carole has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.

She is native in Italian and French. She speaks fluent German and English and has good command of Spanish.

Her main interests include a various number of sports and travelling to discover other cultures.
