Tour Oxygène Cushman & Wakefield appointed exclusive agent

Denis Samuel-Lajeunesse, President of Cushman & Wakefield in France, Thierry Juteau, Managing Director and Jean-Louis Meynet, Director of the Lyon office, are proud to announce that Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed exclusive agent by Sogelym Steiner and Euroéquipements to lead the marketing process of Tour Oxygène in Lyon, which is scheduled for completion for January 2010. Cushman & Wakefield is to advise Sogelym Steiner on its marketing strategy for Tour Oxygène.

Located in the heart of the Part-Dieu district, the second most significant French Central Business District, Tour Oxygène will be the first high-rise building in Lyon to fully comply with the HQE certification (High Environmental Quality). The tower is expected to be a new landmark on the city’s skyline.

A development of 29,533 m², Tour Oxygène is one of the most significant projects of the Lyon conurbation and contributes to the increased attractiveness of the city on an international scale.

Tour Oxygène is the final stage of the urban renewal of the Part-Dieu district.
