The Skandia building will undergo a complete refurbishment of its common areas, a new project by Architect Noémia Palmer and its air conditioning system upgraded. It will become one of the most modern and efficient office buildings in Lisbon. Project management shall be under the control of Rockbuilding - Soluções Imobiliárias, S.A..

According to Fátima Perdigão, Local Managing Director of Pramerica Real Estate Investors (Portugal), Lda., “the lack of good quality office space available in central Lisbon is well known and I am certain that after refurbishment works that we anticipate being completed by Summer, the Skandia building shall be in great demand from companies looking for quality facilities in an unrivalled location.”
