Cushman & Wakefield appointed co-exclusive leasing agent for Miraflores Premium 5 building

Global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) have announced a mandate from Pramerica Real Estate Investors and MEAG to lease the Miraflores Premium 5 building.

The building is located in a consolidated business area, with good access and visibility from the A5 motorway, which connects Cascais to Lisbon. It is six floors high and has a total lettable area of 4,500 sq. m (areas per floor range from 294 sq. m to 780 sq. m) and has both private and public parking. At ground floor level, a retail unit of 135 sq. m is also available to let.

Carlos Oliveira, Partner and Head of Office Agency of C&W, also noted that “the flexibility and technical characteristics of the building, along with the experience of the developer, will make it possible to adapt these offices to the real needs of future occupiers, both in terms of the physical space and the possible financial models.”
