Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko (C&W/S&R), the Russian office of the world’s largest privately held global real estate services firm, has been retained by investor and developer Principal Plus as exclusive leasing and marketing agent for Principal Plaza.

Principal Plaza is a Class A office development totaling 33,400 sq m and with a rentable area of 21,000 sq m.
