New management office agency Cushman & Wakefield

Jasper Groothuis and Mark Hesselink have taken over the management of the Office Agency department of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) in Amsterdam. Groothuis is responsible for Office Agency and Hesselink for Client Solutions. The new managers are appointed after the departure of Paul Peeters, who is continuing his career abroad.

The Office Agency department advises tenants and landlords in the leasing of office space. Client solutions is part is this service line and delivers integrated services to Cushman & Wakefield’s corporate clients. The appointment of a separate manager for Client Solutions results from the fact that C&W is acting increasingly for corporate clients on the Dutch market. Under the management of Hesselink the services for this group of clients will be further professionalized and expanded.

Besides the new appointments, Frederick van Gulik joined as a member of the Amsterdam Office Agency team where he acts on behalf of landlords, developers and tenants. Previously Frederick worked as an account manager for a service provider in the financial services industry focussing on IPO’s and Mergers & Acquisitions.
