A Press conference was held yesterday in “Interfax- Volga” on “The progress of construction
of “World Trade Centre Nizhny Novgorod” (Phase I) office centre project” with the participation
of the following speakers: Pavel Solodkiy, Director of OOO “UK-RTsMT”, Oleg Gusakov, member of
Board of Directors, OOO “WTC 1”, Miles Jones, General Director, Griffin 2 Development, Maxim
Andryukhin, Head of Regional Projects, Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko.
The journalists were briefed on the construction progress on the World Trade Centre office
and hotel projectin Nizhny Novgorod and the completion of Phase I office building’s core
structure. Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko (C&W/S&R), the Russian
office of the world’s largest privately held global real estate services firm, are the
exclusive leasing and marketing agents for office spacein the World Trade Centre located in the
thriving Volga city of Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.
The World Trade Centre is a Class A office building located in the heart of Nizhny
Novgorod’s business district at the intersection of Oktyabrsky Boulevard, Varvarskaya and
Kovalikhinskaya streets and 400 metres from the city’s Kremlin. The office centre is five
minutes walking distance from the metro station Gorkovskaya that is currently under
construction and is due to open in 2010. The XX,000 sq. m project will be delivered in 3
phases:
- Phase I: Offices (gross area 17,000 sq.m)
- Phase II: Offices and 3-star hotel (gross area 18,050 sq. m)
- Phase III: Offices, conference centre and 4-star hotel (44,900 sq.m).
Phase I is due for delivery in Q1 2009 and will offer future tenants quality Class A open

building will be managed by a professional international property management company. Tenants
