Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate advisory firm, has represented Panattoni
Europe in the negotiations of a lease agreement with a nationwide pharmaceutical wholesaler,
ACP PHARMA.
ACP PHARMA, the first tenant in Panattoni Park Ożarów, has leased 13,750 m2 of
warehouse space and 800 m2 of office space.
Panattoni Park Ożarów, a logistics centre, is being developed on a 13.7 ha plot at Poznańska
street in Ożarow, located to the west of Warsaw. The three buildings will total 65,000
m2 and are to be delivered to the market as soon as Q2 2009. The building will be 10
m high, with column
grid – 12 x 25 m, concrete, non-dusting floors with 5 T/m2 load capacity, loading
docks with dock seals, sprinkler system and 24-hour security. The scheme will feature
maneuvering area and parking for trucks and cars.
ACP PHARMA is a service provider in the field of distribution of healing and medicinal
products to pharmacies, wholesale outlets and hospitals, as well as a logistic service provider
working for pharmaceuticals manufacturers. Together with its subsidiaries – Cefarm Rzeszów Sp.
z o.o. and Cefarm Zielona Góra S.A., the Company cooperates through a network of 10 branches
across Poland with more than 600 manufacturers, supplying their products to 3,000 pharmacies,
150 pharmaceutical wholesale outlets and 230 hospitals. Through the merger with ORFE in April
2007, ACP PHARMA has strengthened its position and its current market share ranges around
8%.
