Jeroen Lokerse wins VGM/Yardi Young Talent Award

Jeroen Lokerse, Partner Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield Amsterdam, has won the
first VGM/Yardi Young Talent Award. Jeroen was one of the three nominees for this new award, an
initiative of real estate magazine Vastgoedmarkt en Yardi to recognise the achievements of
young real estate professionals. He has been awarded for his contribution as a process manager
in the sale of one of the largest retail portfolios ever on the Dutch market.The winner of the award was made public at Expo Real in Munchen by Jaap Gillis, COO of Redevco, who was named Real Estate Personality of the year by Vastgoedmarkt last April.
