The Centre was designed by Apa Wojciechowski in cooperation with Altoon & Porter. The construction has commenced and the opening is scheduled for 2010. A housing estate with 350 residential units is planned next to the centre.

„We are convinced of the success of our project. Modern architecture coupled with functionality will change the face of the city. Radom deserves a modern well designed shopping centre and Aquapark.” said Mirosław Szydelski, Investment Director at AIG/Lincoln Polska.

Daria Kotarska, Senior Analysts in Retail Department of Cushman & Wakefield, said: „The size and potential of Radom provides excellent opportunities for the development of a modern retail scheme. Location in the city centre significantly enhances the attractiveness of the project. Our aim is to create a regional shopping centre which will dominate the local market.”
