$3.4 Million Lease Signed at Eastlake Design District

The San Diego office of Cushman & Wakefield announces that Eastlake Tavern & Bowl LLC has signed a 10-year, $3,435,084 lease for 15,074 square feet of retail space at the newly completed Eastlake Design District located at 881 Showroom Pl., Suite 100, in the Eastlake community of Chula Vista, Calif. (91914).

The lessee was represented by Mike Morgan of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor, Eastlake Design District LLC, was represented by Carrie Bobb and Reg Kobzi of CB Richard Ellis.

Near the 125 freeway, Eastlake Design District, a five-building, 231,000-square-foot project includes tenants such as Basset Furniture Design, Lane Home Furnishings, Ashley Furniture Home Store and Caldera Spas. Eastlake Design District restaurants include The Brewhouse at Eastlake, Dobson’s and Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse.
