Redevco acquires a property at the main street in Katowice

Redevco Polska, a subsidiary company of Netherland-based Redevco has increased its property portfolio in Poland with „Pedant”, located at ul. 3 Maja in Katowice.

Seven-storey facility offers GLA 2,043 sqm. The tenant for retail part is Deichmann (1,244 sqm.) and office part (799 sqm.) is occupied by National Chamber of Architects (Krajowa Izba Architektów) and Learning Systems Poland.

The property has been purchased by Redevco Polska Beta from Centrum Development & Investments for EUR 4m. Centrum Development & Investments was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

The Redevco’s representative said: „We are very happy that our portfolio has been enlarged with another facility located in the centre core of Katowice. Our transaction has proved that even in such difficult times commercial schemes remain a valuable product.”.
