Cushman & Wakefield named European retail consultant of the year

Cushman & Wakefield has been named consultant of the year at the MAPIC EG Retail Awards
in Cannes, France. It is the third consecutive year that the company has won the prestigious
international award.
The panel of 12 international judges awarded Cushman & Wakefield the title for providing the best overall international contribution – through consultancy and advice provision to retailers, developers, financiers and the public sector; transaction facilitation; retail outlet management; and market growth facilitation.
In October Cushman & Wakefield was also named Retail Agency Team of the Year at the European Property Awards held at the annual EXPO REAL Exhibition in Munich, Germany.
John Strachan, global head of retail, Cushman & Wakefield said: "This is once again a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the strength and expertise of our strong global network. To win three years in a row is unprecedented and demonstrates that we are consistently able to deliver the very best service and solutions to our retail clients over the long term."
