Cushman & Wakefield Announces New Director in its Industrial Services Group

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) is pleased to announce that Sher Tolan has joined its Orlando office as a Director in its Industrial/Land Brokerage Group. She joins C&W by way of Carter USA where, as Vice President of Transaction Services she specialized in the sale and leasing of land and industrial properties.

“She has a track record as one of the most productive brokers in the Orlando market over the past five years. We are thrilled that she has joined our firm,” says Larry Richey, Senior Managing Director for C&W. With an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, and professional experience in commercial real estate lending with AmSouth Bank, Tolan combines academic understanding, financial skill and deep knowledge of the market place to help her clients make sound decisions in acquiring, leasing and disposing of industrial real estate.
