Anna is also a member of quality management control board and is responsible for quality control of valuation reports prepared according to RICS and Russian valuation standards.

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is the leading organisation of its kind in the world for professionals in property, land, construction and related environmental issues. RICS helps to set, maintain and regulate standards, as well as providing impartial advice to European Governments and policymakers. RICS has over 140,000 members who operate out of 146 countries, supported by an extensive network of regional offices located in every continent around the world.

RICS membership is only awarded to individuals who meet the most rigorous requirements for both education and experience and who are prepared to maintain high standards to the public advantage. With this in mind it’s perhaps not surprising that the letters RICS represent the mark of property professionalism worldwide.

Currently, RICS Russia is represented by 115 MRICS and FRICS (Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and by over 60 Trainees and Students of accredited courses. 8 MRICS and FRICS out of these are employees of Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko. A number of C&W/S&R specialists are RICS Trainees and are currently preparing for Final Assessment sessions in 2009-2011.
Sergey Riabokobylko FRICS, Partner, Senior Executive Director, C&W/S&R: “The RICS standard is a universally acknowledged benchmark for property professionals the world over and the confirmation of Anna and Stanislav is testament to the fact that we have the most talented professionals who continue to offer the best quality service to clients.”
