Cushman & Wakefield Advisor in the Sale of a site in Grobbendonk

Bolckmans Vastgoed, Herman Bolckmans' group, recently took over an industrial site located in Grobbendonk. The site, which features an area of 7 ha, enjoys an outstanding accessibility due to its immediate connection with the highway E313 and the Albert channel, in the close surroundings of the Herentals-West on and off road ramp.
Its ideal location, as well as its great potential in terms of development, were the strongest arguments in Herman Bolckman's decision to buy the site.
