The Brussels office of Cushman & Wakefield recently promoted Jonathan Delguste
and Nicolas Beaussillon at the Associate level. Both are part of the Retail Agency
department, and have been specialising for several years in the Brussels and Wallonia real
estate markets.
Jonathan Delguste joined Cushman & Wakefield in July 2004 as a negotiator in
charge of the letting of commercial units in the Brussels region (avenue Louise, avenue de la
Toison d'Or), as well as in Liege, Verviers, Waterloo and many other locations.
Nicolas Beaussillon joined the Retail Agency team in May 2005, and developed his
expertise in the letting market as well, with a stress on main streets and shopping centers in
the French-speaking side of the country. As an example, he is responsible for the
commercialisation of the forthcoming Anspach (Brussels) and Médiacité (Liege) shopping
centers.
By focusing on Brussels, Wallonia and Luxembourg under the supervision of Thierry Debourse,
Partner, their team succeeded in giving Cushman & Wakefield a stronger profile in
these regions, wich resulted in an increased level of their market shares.
With a team of about 20 professionals cumulating 170 years of experience, Retail Agency
is the biggest department in the country regarding commercial lettings, be it by its size
or its market shares, which approximately reach 50%.
