Cushman & Wakefield’s national office team has been appointed by Frontier Estates to
join Douglas Duff in marketing the next phase of its major development The Hub in Milton
Keynes.
Frontier Estates is delivering a vibrant inner city environment in Milton Keynes including
residential apartments and commercial space. 75,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space has
already been let to brands including Starbucks, Strada, Cafe Rouge and the Gourmet Burger
Kitchen.
The first speculative 50,000 sq ft of offices has been let to the Institute of Chartered
Accountants, Davis Langdon and HSBC, setting record rents for the location of £20 sq ft.
Cushman & Wakefield and Douglas Duff are now looking to secure pre-lets for Building
1200, the second 50,000 sq ft phase of offices for which planning consent has now been
granted. There is a further 300,000 sq ft of offices planned in subsequent phases.

Building 1200 will be constructed and fitted out to the highest standard providing an

over ground and five upper floors of approximately 8,000 sq ft. There will be 88 car parking
spaces.
