Cushman & Wakefield appointed by Jaguar Land Rover as its real estate partner

Cushman & Wakefield, the global property consultant, announced today that it has been appointed by Jaguar Land Rover as its global real estate partner for the next three years.

The account is managed by C&W’s Client Solutions team and services provided include strategic consulting, transaction management, office and industrial agency, planning, valuation, rent review/lease renewals and building consultancy.

Sarah-Jane Loughran, who heads Jaguar Land Rover’s Real Estate team commented that “…of key importance to us, was sourcing a consultant that would act as a partner to the real estate team. C&W's proactive demonstration of this combined with its global coverage, existing knowledge of both our portfolio and the motor industry has resulted in its successful re-appointment".
