New appointments in Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), the Russian office of the world’s largest privately held global real estate services firm, are pleased to announce few promotions effective January 1st, 2010.

∙ Vera Zimenkova-Dumenigo, Associate, Client Solutions was promoted to Partner;
∙ Konstantin Lebedev, Associate, Deputy Head of Valuation Department was promoted to Partner, Head of Valuation.

Vera Zimenkova Dumenigo joined C&W in 2002. Before the promotion Vera was an Associate in Client Solutions department. Vera is a project team leader, responsible for establishing of relations with clients, formulating goals and targets for projects and supervising their completion, participating in key negotiations, authoring recommendations based on clients’ requirements. Vera is a Candidate for CCIM Institute Membership.
Vera has worked together with the team of Client Solutions Department at the following projects:
Philips from 2005, Deutsche Bank from 2003, Rolf from 2007, Cargill from 2006, Freescale from 2003, EMC2 from 2005, Nokia from 2005, BP from 2006.
One of her last huge projects was real estate strategy development, 10,000 sq. m office space acquisition and new office space fit out project management for Rolf.
Vera also supervises new forum of Future Cushman & Wakefield leaders.

Konstantin Lebedev has been with CW since 2002. He is a Deputy Head of Valuation. Konstantin had gained a broad experience in investment analysis and valuation of real estate properties, such as offices, retail premises, warehouses, land plots, residential developments. Konstantin is a Member of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors (MRICS), Member of the Russian Society of Appraisers, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Candidate of American Society of Appraisers (ASA), and Member of RICS Rossia & CIS Board.
He has specialized in valuation, highest and best use studies, consulting, investments and sales support of different types of real estate throughout Russia and CIS. Among his clients are Credit Suisse, DLA Piper, ST Group (Snegiri), Deutsche Bank AG, Mirax Group.
