New appointments in Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), the Russian office of the world’s largest privately held global real estate services firm, are pleased to announce few promotions effective January 1st, 2010.
∙ Vera Zimenkova-Dumenigo, Associate, Client Solutions was promoted to Partner;
Vera Zimenkova Dumenigo joined C&W in 2002. Before the promotion Vera was an Associate
in Client Solutions department. Vera is a project team leader, responsible for establishing of
relations with clients, formulating goals and targets for projects and supervising their
completion, participating in key negotiations, authoring recommendations based on clients’
requirements. Vera is a Candidate for CCIM Institute Membership.
Konstantin Lebedev has been with CW since 2002. He is a Deputy Head of Valuation. Konstantin
had gained a broad experience in investment analysis and valuation of real estate properties,
such as offices, retail premises, warehouses, land plots, residential developments. Konstantin
is a Member of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors (MRICS), Member of the Russian
Society of Appraisers, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Candidate of American
Society of Appraisers (ASA), and Member of RICS Rossia & CIS Board.
