• The company specialising in outsourcing of sales support service, client services and help
desk and in the outsourcing of business processes will occupy 4,400 m2 in Diagonal 197
• The multinational is consolidating several of its locations in Barcelona in corporate
headquarters in Spain
The global real estate brokers and consultants Cushman & Wakefield (C&W)
advised the SELLBYTEL Group (part of the Communications giant Omnicom) on renting its new
offices in the Diagonal 197 building in Barcelona. The facilities occupy a total of 4,400 m2,
making SELLBYTEL the tenant with the biggest space in the building, the access gateway to the
city’s district 22@.
The multinational, a German company with deep-seated roots in Barcelona and more than 4,000
employees world-wide, is experiencing steady expansion. With this move it leaves its former
offices in the Catalan capital to transfer to this building which is more representative and
more appropriate for its quality infrastructure requirements. Barcelona is the group’s
strategic headquarters for the management and centralisation of its services, which are carried
out from here in 21 languages.
SELLBYTEL Group thus joins a range of top ranking companies already established in the
building, such as YAHOO, YMCD and the American multinational ADP, the latest arrival in the
building last November.
According to Ramón Vilas, Offices Agency Manager of C&W in Barcelona, “the
consolidation of several of SELLBYTEL’s headquarters in Diagonal 197 is a confirmation of the
ever firmer commitment of major multinationals to be located in district 22@”.
