
15 new tenants have joined Galeria Słoneczna shopping centre in Radom during the last few
months. They will occupy 1,300 sq.m of the space in the scheme. In total 53% of the space has
been secured by lease agreements and letters of intent.
The developer is an international real estate development and investment company,
AIG/Lincoln Polska and the exclusive agent in the process of the commercialisation of the
centre is Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate consultancy.
The new tenants of the centre include the following clothing companies: Camaieu, a chain of
women’s clothing stores will take approx. 170 sq.m, Sizeer, a chain of multibrand outlets – 102
sq.m and Ochnik, a leather clothing and accessories company – 98 sq.m.
A lease agreement for over 250 sq.m of the space in Galeria Słoneczna has been signed by
Cleopatra restaurant. KFC and Lodomania ice-cream shop will each occupy approx. 100 sq.m.
The centre has also recently welcomed: Bijou Brigitte (78 sq.m), Six (59 sq.m), Restauracja
Teatralna (57 sq.m), Yes (55 sq.m), Salad Story (53 sq.m), Samira Kebab (40 sq.m), Nasz
Naleśnik (35 sq.m), Galeria Prezentów (30 sq.m) and Swiss (28 sq.m).
42,000 sq.m of the shopping centre space will house around 170 stores and service points. It
will be the first retail and entertainment scheme of this type in Radom. Development works
started in July 2009, the opening is planned for spring 2011.
All construction work is on schedule. 85% of RC structural works and 19% of masonry work
have been completed. Works on mechanical installations were started in February and façade
works in March, to be completed by the end of September this year. The commencement of tenants’
works is planned in October. Tenants will gradually move in (depending on the zone) by December
2010.
