Cushman & Wakefield brings PINKO to MOM Park

Global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has represented MOM Park MFC Ltd in the lease negotiations with an exclusive fashion retailer, PINKO (Key West Kft.) for a 57, 45 sq m store in the prominent MOM Park Shopping Centre in Budapest.

The new PINKO store, trading with high quality, Italian fashion products opened in April 2010.

Viktória Szabó, Partner and Head of Retail in C&W Budapest said: “We are happy, that following a successful repositioning process, another exclusive fashion retailer choose to expand in the outstanding MOM Park Shopping Centre.”

Ágnes Kolos Lefkovicsné, Managing Director at Key West Kft. added: “We chose to open our second unit in MOM Park, because of its good location and exclusive tenant mix. We are confident that the customers of MOM Park will be happy to see that besides the downtown location PINKO is also represented on the Buda side.”

MOM Park continues its strategy of focusing on its strong catchment enhanced by the most affluent population of the city and a ‘captive audience’ of business customer working in the surrounding office buildings. Mom Park is the only shopping center in Budapest where turnovers are continuing to increase despite the current economic climate.
