  • A brace of deals at Fashion Street Fresh Optika and Patika Pont to open stores

    Global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield has secured premium retail space for Patika Pont and Fresh Optika in Budapest’s exclusive and high end Fashion Street, on behalf of the developer, Immobilia Plc.

    Patika Pont pharmacy, part of the Immopharma Ltd Group, are to open their largest franchise store in Budapest and secured a 160 sq m unit right next to the Italian based Fresh Optika who signed a lease contract for 35 sq m. Both units hold commanding positions at the entrance of Budapest’s busiest underground station – Deák tér Metro terminal.

    Dr. Olga Szentirmai, Pharmacy manager at Patika Pont added: “We are very excited about opening the first unit with our new brand in Fashion Street, which we chose because of its central location and superb tenant mix in the neighbourhood. Patika Pont is a European based, modern pharmacy with vide range of products and robot technology.”

    Fashion Street development offers more than 12,000 sq m of retail space and restaurants on Deák Ferenc and Bécsi utca and is directly linked to Budapest’s traditional high street, Váci utca and Vörösmarty square. The scheme is being developed by Hungarian developer Immobilia Plc, with Cushman & Wakefield as the exclusive letting agent. Key fashion tenants on the location include Byblos, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Mexx, Lloyd, Nautica, Puma, Benetton, Sisley, Furla and Lacoste. Major restaurant chains on Fashion Street include Vapiano, Planet Sushi, Il Patio restaurants and Coffeeheaven coffee.
