  • Adrián Limp promoted to Associate

    The Budapest office of global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has
    recently promoted Adrián Limp (29) Valuer to Associate.

    Adrián joined C&W in August 2005 and during the past 5 years he successfully contributed to the Valuation Advisory department?s work. He has specialised in the valuation of commercial and development property in the Central Eastern European region - in Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Austria, Croatia, Turkey, etc.

    Adrián's noteworthy track record at Cushman & Wakefield includes the coordination of Atrium European Real Estate?s CEE retail portfolio valuation of 150 properties, the valuation of Portico's retail portfolio, the valuation of shopping centres such as Campona, Eurocenter, Agria Park and Family Centres and the valuation of the landmark Tópark office development in Budapest on behalf of Eurohypo. Adrian has been active on numerous cross border instructions in the Central Eastern European markets; an example is Bulgaria where he has valued large scale development projects and operational properties in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas.
    Adrián holds a Master of Sciences degree in Economics from the Budapest Corvinus University, a Master of International Management from CEMS and recently obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Surveying from the University of Reading. In 2009 he has become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
