Cushman & Wakefield awarded preferred supplier of Vodafone's Property Services

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) Hungary have won a competitive tender as the preferred supplier
of property services for Vodafone covering the leasing of office and retail properties across Hungary.

C&W will handle property services for Vodafone from May 2010 also in the Czech Republic,
Italy and Greece.

Viktória Szabó, Partner, head of Retail at C&W Hungary added: "We are very proud to have Vodafone as a global, special client to C&W, and we trust that the coming months will prove a start of a successful, long term co-operation."

Gergely Pados, Head of Office Agency at C&W Hungary commented the significant instruction:
"We are delighted to of been instructed and look forward to working with such a high prestige international company as Vodafone on this large and exciting project. C&W have been instructed to advise Vodafone on the restructuring of their office and retail portfolios all across Hungary. As it stands there are about 22 retail units throughout the country and 12,000 sq m offices in Budapest that we will be dealing with."

Tibor Kelemen, head of Property at Vodafone Hungary said: "The tender process was very thorough and we are very happy with the outcome and look forward to working in partnership with C&W for the duration of this contract."
