$1.2M Lease Signed at High Bluff Del Mar Office Project

Cushman & Wakefield announces that Christopher Weil and Company, a San Diego-based financial services firm has signed a 66-month, $1.2 million lease relocation and expansion for an additional 4,331 square feet of office space at High Bluff Del Mar, 12555 High Bluff Dr., Suite 180, in the Del Mar Heights area of San Diego (92130).
The additional space brings Christopher Weil and Company up to 6,521 square feet of total space in the project.
In the transaction, the lessor, Scientific Investments LP was represented by Brunson Howard of Cushman & Wakefield. Christopher Weil and Company was represented by Glenn Friedrich of CresaPartners.
The building, a past recipient of the Best Commercial Building 50,000 - 100,000 square feet award, brings the outdoors in with a glass atrium, sky bridges and lush landscaping. High Bluff Del Mar also features a 4/1000 parking ratio, executive covered parking and locker and shower facilities. The architect was Brian Paul & Associates. Meissner Jacquet Investment Management Services, the largest privately owned third-party management firm in San Diego, manages the property.
