Rehabilitation Equipment Supplier Leases 30,000 SF for Illinois HQ

RehabTECH, a leading supplier in the Midwest of rehabilitation and mobility products, has signed a long-term lease for a 30,000-square-foot building in west-suburban Lombard where it will relocate its Illinois headquarters.

Sean M. Henrick, associate director for Cushman & Wakefield completed the transaction on behalf of the building's owner, TA Associates Realty.

The building is located at 335 Eisenhower Lane South within the Yorkbrook Business Park, just east of Interstate-355. It includes approximately 10,000 square feet of office space as well as three exterior docks. The building is fully air-conditioned.

Jeffrey Janda of Lee & Associates represented RehabTECH in the deal.

RehabTECH, which is currently headquartered at 1572 Shore Road in Naperville, has been delivering high-quality adult and pediatric rehab equipment including wheelchairs, scooters, canes, crutches and walkers, since 1997.
