Mor Furniture for Less, Inc. Signs $2.8M Lease at Canyon Crossings in Riverside

The San Diego office of Cushman & Wakefield announces that Mor Furniture for Less, Inc., a
home furnishings retailer, has signed a 120-month, $2,933,250 lease for 45,875 square feet of
retail space in Canyon Crossings at 6155 Valley Springs Parkway, Riverside, Calif. (92507).
The lessee was represented by Vic Gausepohl of Colliers International. The lessor, Canyon Crossings I, LLC, was represented by Rob Ippolito, Bryan Cunningham and David Bradley of the Cushman & Wakefield Retail Advisors Team.
Mor Furniture for Less plans to open its Riverside showroom in May 2010.
Canyon Crossings is a 740,000-square-foot, mixed-use retail shopping center and includes additional tenants such as Walmart, LA Fitness, and John's Incredible Pizza.
