UBS Financial Services Signs Lease Renewal at Excel Centre

The San Diego office of Cushman & Wakefield announces that UBS Financial Services Inc. has signed a seven-year lease renewal for 10,251 square feet of office space in Excel Centre at 17140 Bernardo Center Dr., Suite 350, San Diego (92128). Financial terms were not disclosed.
The lessee was represented by Stephen A. Rosetta, SIOR, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor, Excel Centre Partners, LLC, was represented by Marc Posthumus and Christopher P. High, also of Cushman & Wakefield.
Excel Centre, a three-story, 82,157-square-foot Class A office building, was constructed in 1999. The building features nearby freeway access and visibility along the I-15 Corridor, panoramic views, shower and locker facilities and a parking ratio of 4.0 spaces per 1,000 square feet. Excel Centre is also located within walking distance of hotels, restaurants and numerous retail amenities.
Additional tenants of Excel Centre include Excel Realty Holdings' corporate office and Kaiser Foundation Health Plan.
